We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to strengthen our clients' online presence and build engaging social media communities.
Job Summary
As an SMO Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage company and client social media accounts.
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Publish posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Content Strategy
- Plan engaging content for different industries.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Increase audience engagement and followers organically.
- Build and maintain online communities.
- Handle customer interactions professionally.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze post performance and engagement metrics.
- Monitor reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Generate monthly social media reports.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.
Brand Promotion
- Promote products, services, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
- Support paid social media campaigns with the marketing team.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Understanding of hashtags, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of insights and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong portfolios and social media knowledge are welcome.
