Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support production, fabrication, quality control, and maintenance activities in a metal fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily fabrication and production activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
- Support fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, rolling, machining, welding, and assembly.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, welding procedures, and customer specifications.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production waste.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist to Prepare production reports, inspection records, and daily progress updates.
- Support preventive maintenance activities for fabrication equipment and machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations within the shop floor.
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
