About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient-handling skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide junior physiotherapists while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical history.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Ensure ethical, professional, and patient-centric treatment practices.
- Contribute to improving clinical processes, patient outcomes, and overall team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitation therapies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities with the capability to mentor and motivate junior staff.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
