Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Explain the benefits of Rightouch Academy's training programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Report daily performance and lead status to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Education Counseling is preferred.
