Job Summary
Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is seeking a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care and support doctors in routine clinical activities at our Hosur center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients according to clinical requirements.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for investigations and clinical procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist with patient admission, preparation and discharge procedures.
- Communicate professionally with patients and attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized and patient-friendly clinical environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Relevant hospital or clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in fertility, IVF, maternity or women’s healthcare will be an advantage.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and infection-control practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work according to the center’s schedule.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
