Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader or Team Handling experience on paper.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience in Legal Back Office, Property & Casualty (P&C), Mortgage, Underwriting, Denial Management, or Claims Processing preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Willingness to work from office in Noida Sector 64.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates as required.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, company policies, and process standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve team efficiency.
