We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities related to gearbox manufacturing components and ensuring timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for manufacturing materials
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements
- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
- Maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking
Requirements:
- B.Com or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and drawings
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in gearbox or automotive component manufacturing
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Pay: ₹10,803.30 - ₹19,163.38 per month
