Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Clinical Psychologist with 2+ years of experience to assess, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The candidate will work closely with children and adults, including individuals with autism and developmental concerns, to improve their mental well-being and overall functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis
- Provide individual therapy, behavioral therapy, and counseling sessions
- Handle cases related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders
- Work with children with autism spectrum disorders and special needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate case records and progress reports
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals
- Guide and counsel parents/caregivers regarding patient progress and home care
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapy techniques
- Experience in child psychology and behavioral therapy
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive cases professionally
Qualifications:
- M.A / M.Sc in Clinical Psychology
- RCI License (Rehabilitation Council of India) preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or autism centers
- Exposure to pediatric and developmental cases
- Good documentation and case management skills
