Job Title: Supervisor (Women Only) – Balakridaa
Job Location: Bouncy House Trichy
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about the play area, pricing, and policies.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a smooth experience for visitors.
Maintenance of Place:
- Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the play area, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Ensure all play equipment is in proper working condition and report any issues for maintenance.
- Supervise staff to maintain discipline and organization within the premises.
Maintenance of Stock:
- Monitor and manage inventory for the café, play area accessories, and other supplies.
- Ensure timely restocking of necessary items and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Keep track of stock usage and report discrepancies if any.
Work Timings:
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (All days except Wednesday)
Salary: ₹9000 + Phone Allowance
