Role Summary:
We are looking for a Student Success Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students. The role involves guiding students, supporting their academic progress, and helping them achieve better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their learning journey and resolve their queries
- Ensure students understand concepts clearly
- Monitor student progress and engagement
- Build a positive relationship with students
- Encourage active participation and consistency in learning
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Patient and supportive approach towards students
- Willing to work 6 days a week
