Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Create and implement data models, build efficient ETL processes, and optimize query performance within Amazon Redshift
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and troubleshoot data warehousing processes, optimize query performance, and manage resource allocation within Redshift.
- Cloud Architecture:
- Understand and leverage AWS cloud architecture and services, including Amazon S3, Lambda, and other related services
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and troubleshoot data warehousing processes, optimize query performance, and manage resource allocation within Redshift.
Required:
Must have total 6+ yrs. in IT and 4+ years' experience working as a Redshift Developer
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, including data modeling, query optimization, and cluster management
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with AWS services (e.g., Glue, Lambda, Step Functions) or equivalent tools
- Solid understanding of AWS core services, including S3, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytical workloads
