Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to exhibitors regarding stall bookings and participation in the expo.
- Follow up regularly for advance payments and outstanding dues as per the payment schedule.
- Explain stall categories, participation charges, and expo-related guidelines to exhibitors.
- Coordinate with exhibitors to obtain payment confirmations and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, collections, and pending payments.
- Share payment reminders through calls, emails, or messaging platforms as directed.
- Prepare daily collection status reports and update management on outstanding accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts and event teams to reconcile payments received.
- Address exhibitor queries related to invoices, payment terms, and event logistics.
- Support the expo team in achieving exhibitor participation and collection targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and persuasive abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/database management.
- Ability to handle multiple exhibitors and meet collection deadlines.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
