Job Overview:
Sparnod Fitness is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service coordination for our fitness equipment products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer complaints related to fitness equipment (installation, servicing, defects, etc.)
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for issue resolution
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Manage warranty and service requests efficiently
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when required

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and customer-first approach

- Experience in handling after-sales service
- Knowledge of fitness equipment or technical products
- CRM software knowledge is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
