Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain employee details from all stores/departments.
- Ensure all employee records are complete and updated.
- Follow up with employees for any missing documents or information.
- Maintain HR trackers and update records on a daily basis
- Collect all joining documents from new employees.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain the new joiner tracker and update joining status.
- New Joiners HDFC Salary account open
- Coordinate with the attendance team to generate punching (biometric) codes for new joiners.
- Track the status of pending punching codes.
- Leave data to update
- New Joinee and Exit Employee Data manage
- Escalate any delays in attendance activation to the HR team.
- Collect bank account opening forms and required KYC documents from new employees.
- Track the account opening status for each employee.
- Follow up on pending cases until the salary account is successfully activated.
- Maintain accurate HR MIS and trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports related to new joiners, attendance, and employee records.
- Coordinate with stores and departments for employee-related information.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee information and documents.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
