- Role: SharePoint Developer / SPFx Developer
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining modern SharePoint solutions and applications.
- Develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Build and customize SharePoint web parts, extensions, application customizers, and adaptive solutions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Configure and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, permissions, views, and sites.
- Develop reusable React components and maintain scalable front-end architecture.
- Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 security mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint/SPFx applications for performance and reliability.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and developers.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.
- 4+ years of professional experience in SharePoint Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API.
- Experience developing and deploying SPFx solutions using Node.js, npm, and Gulp.
- Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, and site collections.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar source-control and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of responsive UI development and modern web development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Viva integrations.
- Experience with PnP PowerShell / PnP libraries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated SPFx deployments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience migrating classic SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online / modern SPFx.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Azure will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong attention to code quality, security, and performance.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
