Position: Operations Head

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/project management in Fire Safety, Security Systems, and/or Audio-Video domain
- Strong knowledge of fire safety standards — NFPA, NBC, BIS codes
- Hands-on experience with leading brands such as Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Crestron, AMX, Bose, or similar
- Familiarity with government and commercial project tendering processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- Valid certifications in Fire Safety or Security Systems (preferred — e.g., NICET, CP or equivalent)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Head to lead and manage our integrated systems business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of Fire Safety Systems, Security Systems, and Audio-Video Solutions, along with proven leadership and project management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end project execution across Fire Safety, Security, and Audio-Video divisions
- Plan, schedule, and monitor all ongoing projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site visits and project reviews to ensure work quality and compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Project Management

- Appointing sub-contractors and mange workorders .
Fire Safety Systems
- Supervise design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire detection and suppression systems
- Ensure compliance with NBC (National Building Code), NFPA, and local fire safety regulations
- Liaise with fire departments and obtain necessary approvals and NOCs
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for fire safety installations
Security Systems
- Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Video Door Phones, and Perimeter Security systems
- Ensure system integrations and cybersecurity compliance
- Manage security audits and system health checks for clients
Audio-Video Systems
- Lead AV project delivery including conference room solutions, home automation, public address systems, digital signage, and home theatre setups
- Ensure quality of AV installations and client satisfaction
- Keep updated with latest AV technologies and recommend upgrades to clients
Team & Business Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and project coordinators
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the operations team
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory
- Support the business development team with technical presentations and pre-sales support
- Prepare monthly operational reports and present to management
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
