Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, documentation, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while contributing to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support hiring drives and recruitment campaigns
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction
- Collect and verify employee documents
- Prepare and maintain employee files and records
- Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Attendance & HR Operations
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Maintain attendance reports and share monthly data for payroll processing
- Address employee queries related to attendance and leave management
- Ensure timely updating of HR records and databases
HR Administration
- Maintain employee data and HR MIS reports
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations
- Freshers with HR internships and strong HR fundamentals are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of attendance and leave management processes
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with HRMS and job portals is an added advantage
