Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Experience Executive to handle customer interactions, provide product or service information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or customer support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Salary Range
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience, location, and company.
