We are looking for a practical, hands-on Studio Operator & Digital Media Technician for our studio in Alwar. This role involves setting up the studio floor, handling camera/light setups, executing YouTube Live streams, and performing basic video editing.
Note: This is an operational and basic editing role. We do not require advanced cinematic video editing or complex sound engineering—just clean cuts and smooth live stream execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Setup: Positioning and adjusting studio lights, setting up camera tripods, framing angles, and connecting microphones before a shoot.
- YouTube Live Operations: Managing the streaming software (like OBS Studio or vMix), checking internet stability, testing audio levels, and successfully taking the channel "Live" without technical glitches.
- Basic Video Editing: Trimming raw footage, making clean cuts, removing mistakes, adding basic lower-thirds/titles, and exporting the final video in the correct format.
- Data Management: Safely offloading raw audio/video files from camera memory cards to external hard drives or cloud storage.
Requirements
- Familiarity with streaming tools (like OBS Studio) and basic video editing software (like Premiere Pro, Filmora, or CapCut).
- Practical knowledge of handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio LED/ring lights.
- Comfortable managing laptop files, internet settings, and YouTube Creator Studio.
- Prior experience with e-learning setups, local YouTube channels, or event broadcasting is a huge plus.
- Responsible, punctual, and based in or willing to commute to Alwar.
