Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to follow up on due/overdue payday loan repayments.
· Educate customers on repayment schedules, late fees/charges (as applicable), and available payment modes.
· Negotiate and set up repayment commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay) and follow through for timely closure.
· Maintain professional, empathetic and compliant communication; avoid harassment or unethical collection practices.
· Capture call disposition, notes, and customer commitments accurately .
· Resolve customer queries related to loan account status, payment confirmation, and settlement/closure (as per policy).
· Identify cases requiring escalation (disputes, fraud suspicion, hardship, complaints) and route to the appropriate team/Team leader/Manager
· Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and collection targets; ensure high productivity and quality scores.
· Adhere to data privacy and information security requirements while handling customer information.

· Collection efficiency (amount collected vs. target)
· PTP conversion and kept-rate
· Call productivity (connected calls, talk time, dial attempts)
· Quality score / compliance adherence
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
