We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Proven ability to close sales, with a confident and professional phone presence
- Good computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales / business development (Required)
- Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a target-driven and goal-oriented attitude
