The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting site assessments, and closing deals for turnkey solar power projects. You aren't just selling a product; you’re selling a long-term financial investment and a sustainability solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential residential, commercial, or industrial (C&I) clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Site Surveys & Preliminary Design: Coordinate with the technical team to conduct site audits, assess shadow-free areas, and determine the feasible plant capacity.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized techno-commercial proposals, including ROI (Return on Investment) calculations and payback period analysis.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, helping them navigate net-metering policies and government subsidies.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on competitor pricing, new PV module technologies, and evolving state/national solar policies.
