Job Summary
NRK Iron & Steel LLP is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure accurate and timely delivery of steel materials to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily dispatch as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Loading, and Transport teams.
- Verify material grade, size, quantity, weight, and customer details before dispatch.
- Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate vehicle placement, loading, and transportation with transporters.
- Track dispatched vehicles and follow up until delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records and monitor pending orders.
- Handle customer and transporter queries related to dispatch.
- Ensure accurate loading and minimize shortages, errors, and material mismatch.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment/credit clearance before dispatch.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and ensure safety and company procedures are followed.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of steel products, sizes, grades, weights, and dispatch processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and dispatches.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good team-management and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Pay: ₹10,794.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
