We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the complete production process to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in garment factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and packing departments.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine productivity.
- Ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
- Reduce production delays, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain production quality as per company standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and efficiency reports.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and inventory teams for production planning.
- Handle production scheduling and line balancing.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machines.
- Monitor worker discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure factory safety and compliance standards are followed.

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Garment Manufacturing, Textile, Production Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing production.
- Experience in safety garments/apparel manufacturing preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
