Assistant Manager – Procurement
Experienced procurement professional with expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management for machining, injection moulding, sheet metal pressing, fabrication, and roto moulding components. Extensive experience in the procurement of parts for cleaning equipment and cleaning machine manufacturing.
Key Expertise:
- Strategic sourcing and procurement of machining, injection moulding, pressing, fabrication, and roto moulding components.
- Supplier identification, development, evaluation, and performance management.
- RFQ management, quotation analysis, cost negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- New supplier development and localization projects.
- Contract negotiation and commercial management.
- BOM analysis and cost breakdown evaluation.
- Tooling procurement and development coordination.
- Production planning support through timely material procurement.
- Inventory optimization and supply chain coordination.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
- Vendor quality improvement and on-time delivery management.
- Experience in procurement for cleaning equipment and floor care machine components.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and procurement analytics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, pressing, welding, and roto moulding.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
