Core Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Assess the career goals and skill levels of walk-in inquiries and callers, recommending suitable IT courses (e.g., Java, Software testing Networking, Data science).
- Lead Conversion: Guide prospective students through fee structures, batch timings, and the enrollment process to drive student acquisition.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a welcoming reception area, manage multi-line phone systems, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Administration & Records: Keep accurate digital logs of student inquiries, enrollments, and daily walk-ins using Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Execute outbound calls and email follow-ups to nurture leads and update potential students on new batch launches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
