Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify and process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
Financial Reporting & Finalization
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Independently handle books of accounts up to finalization.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors during audits.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and review GST workings and reconciliations.
- Prepare TDS workings and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in Income Tax-related documentation and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Generate reports required by management.
- Analyze financial data and provide operational support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
