| In-House Advocate (10+ Years PQE)
Delta Group is looking for an experienced In-House Advocate to join our Legal & Compliance team at our corporate office in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. If you have a strong background in real estate law and are passionate about handling complex legal matters across property transactions, litigation, and regulatory compliance, we’d love to hear from you
.Key Responsibilities
✔ Property title due diligence & legal opinions
✔ Drafting and vetting real estate and commercial agreements
✔ Litigation management before Courts, RERA & other authorities
✔ RERA compliance and advisory
✔ Regulatory compliance and risk management
✔ Contract management and dispute resolution
Eligibility
LL.B. (Mandatory) | LL.M. Preferred 10+ years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
Proven experience in Maharashtra real estate laws, land transactions, title verification, litigation, and RERA compliance
Prior experience with a real estate developer, construction company, infrastructure company, or reputed law firm will be preferred
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
