Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in subjects of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Develop and update course material, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
- Ensure effective delivery of curriculum as per PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) norms.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
2. Research & Publications
- Engage in research activities in relevant areas of pharmaceutical sciences.
- Publish research papers in reputed indexed journals.
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and thesis work.
- Apply for research grants and participate in funded projects where possible.
3. Student Mentoring
- Provide academic and career guidance to students.
- Support students in competitive exams, placements, and higher education planning.
- Monitor student performance and provide remedial support when needed.
4. Curriculum Development
- Assist in designing and revising syllabus as per industry and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to innovation in teaching methodologies and lab practices.
5. Laboratory & Practical Training
- Supervise laboratory sessions ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain lab records, equipment, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
6. Institutional Duties
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and NAAC-related work.
- Contribute to NAAC, NBA, PCI accreditation documentation and processes.
- Engage in university outreach programs, seminars, FDPs, and workshops.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Pharm in relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry etc.)
- Preferably Ph.D. in Pharmacy or pursuing Ph.D.
- Qualified as per PCI
