Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Design Consultant + Sales Executive who can combine creative design sense with strong sales skills. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing design solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design solutions
- Assist customers in selecting products/materials as per needs
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Diploma / Graduate Interior designing
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of design concepts (interior/fashion/retail depending on industry)
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
- Experience 2-4 years in furniture designing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
