Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Associate, Account Operations who will be responsible for below pointers.
1. Develop technical understanding of internal processing tools and data processing requirements through successful completion of the Account Operations Technical Training Program.
2. Manage client data processing internal workflows and coordination with external client vendors resulting in accurate, timely client campaigns.
3. Build understanding of client’s strategy and mission by building strong relationships across client contacts.
4. Demonstrate strong project management skills including: excellent organization, time management, and follow through.
5. Develop ability to understand client priorities and work well to deliver multiple priorities under pressure to meet deadlines with precise accuracy.
6. Maintain process documentation for each project utilizing standard documentation procedures.
7. Ability to perform appropriate record management requirements
8. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
9. Desire to develop in Account Operations Specialist career path.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), LucidChart, project management tools such as JIRA or Hive.
4. Excellent data analysis and data conversion skills with precise attention to detail.
5. Strong personal initiative to learn.
6. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals across all departments in the company in an articulate, professional manner.
7. Proactive and excellent follow through.
8. Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines while maintaining quality.
9. Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple job tasks on a daily basis.
10. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Must be quality conscious and strive for 100% accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. 1-3 years’ customer service experience is required.*
3. Direct marketing experience is preferred.
4. Position will follow the Blended US/India Holiday calendar.
5. Shifts vary for this role based on US Daylight Savings Time

c. (Nov – Feb) 6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST/8 am – 5 pm CT
