Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline building

Comfortable working US overlap hours (2 PM – 11 PM IST)

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Experience working on any CRM tool (Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and any prospecting tool (Apollo, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc.)

Ability to research accounts and map buying groups independently

Comfortable running multi-threaded outreach and content tailoring to specific buyer personas

Comfortable with AI-assisted research and productivity tools

Prior exposure to finance, accounting, or professional services sector

Experience building account intelligence briefs or prospect research documents

Worked with signal-based prospecting (intent data, hiring signals, SEC filings, etc.)

Experience supporting a US-market sales team from India remotely
