About the Role
Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our software product sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a multilingual sales team, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
* Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
* Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
* Motivate team members to achieve business goals.
Sales & Business Development
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for software products.
* Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Drive product demonstrations, presentations, and sales conversions.
Multilingual Customer Engagement
* Communicate effectively with customers across different regions.
* Support sales activities in multiple languages.
* Assist team members in handling customer interactions and negotiations.
Sales Operations
* Track sales metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Success
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
* Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in software, SaaS, or application sales.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership roles.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
* Additional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in software product or SaaS sales.
* Experience working in multilingual customer environments.
* Exposure to startup or fast-growing technology companies.
