We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to support our studio operations, sales, customer engagement, and workshop activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome and assist visitors to the studio.
- Promote and sell artworks, art merchandise, and creative products.
- Explain products, workshops, memberships, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
Conduct/Workshop Coordination
- Conduct art workshops like watercolour, texture art, pottery or sculpture workshop
- Assist in organizing and conducting art workshops and creative events.
- Coordinate with artists, instructors, and participants.
- Manage registrations, attendance, and workshop materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of workshops and studio activities.
Studio Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio.
- Support inventory management of artworks, merchandise, and supplies.
- Assist in creating social media content, photographs, and promotional activities.
- Support exhibition, event, and stall setup whenever required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Passion for art, creativity, and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Students, freshers, and art enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

Salary
Part-time salary plus performance incentives (based on experience and performance).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Kochi, Kerala
