Monday to Saturday

Tamil & English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct structural stability inspections for public, commercial & industrial buildings
✔ Analyze building strength, safety & load-bearing capacity
✔ Prepare structural drawings, plans & detailing as per standards
✔ Verify building plans and ensure compliance with engineering standards & authority regulations
✔ Handle approval-related works with government & local authorities
✔ Support valuation and property assessment activities with technical expertise
Required Skills:
✔ Knowledge in structural design & stability analysis
✔ Experience in estimation & quantity surveying
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & structural design software
✔ Knowledge of municipal approval procedures & documentation
