The company is ENGAGED WITH DEHYDRATION PROCESS OF ONION AND GARLIC. They mainly dehydrate the RAW ONION and RAW GARLIC and supply bulk packing to domestic and international clients .
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting B2B clients in domestic food processing and hospitality sectors
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, exhibitions, and B2B platforms
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements
Schedule and conduct client meetings to present products, explain features such as shelf-life, hygiene, and cost efficiency
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations along with samples
Prepare and share customized quotations and proposals based on client needs
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accurate lead time commitments
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to convert leads into confirmed orders while maintaining profitability
Ensure all sales documentation is completed and orders are processed smoothly for dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery and dispatch of goods
Share dispatch details with clients and handle any delivery-related concerns
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
Address post-sales queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales updates in CRM tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management
