Quality Analyst– Z1 Company: DTICI Department: Information Technology Job Area: QA Position Location: Bangalore Roles and responsibilities: • Analyse and document current system functionalities for better functional and test coverage. • Analyse new requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT) • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect-tracking tools • Perform API, database, and basic performance testing (if applicable) • Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards Required Knowledge and Skills: • Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC • Experience with manual testing methodologies • Strong knowledge on Analysis and test case creation • Experience in working with Test Management &t defect tracking tools (JIRA, X-Ray, etc.) • Understanding of relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). • Prior working on Agile model with tools like AzureDevOps, JIRA boards etc. Good to Have • Diagnostic domain knowledge is plus • Developing automation Scripts o Selenium Automation with Java, Cucumber framework. • Experience on API Testing automation
