Job Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile applications.
- Create promotional materials, brochures, banners, presentations, and branding assets.
- Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit images, videos, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver engaging creatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
- Stay updated with design trends and implement fresh ideas.
Role Overview
This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of planning and executing creative campaigns in a fast-paced EdTech environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, take ownership of projects, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with educational, technology, or healthcare brands.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
