Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is an all-rounder in digital marketing but has strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (AdWords). The ideal candidate should be data-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing paid campaigns independently to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (Main Responsibility)
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns for google & linkedin.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation
- Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and creatives
- Monitor Quality Score and improve performance
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Performance Marketing
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager
- Setup and monitor Google Analytics
- Budget allocation and cost optimization
Digital Marketing
- Basic SEO understanding
- Landing page optimization suggestions
- Content coordination for ads
- Email marketing campaigns
- Market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of conversion tracking & pixels
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Ability to manage monthly ad budgets effectively
- Strong communication skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / IT (preferred)
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
