We are seeking experienced and respected Retired Police Officers to join our real estate organization. This role involves strengthening relationships with government authorities, supporting field operations, ensuring smooth coordination for projects, and assisting in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The position is ideal for retired officers who wish to continue contributing their expertise in a professional corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, government departments, and statutory agencies.
- Support liaison activities related to project operations and regulatory coordination.
- Assist in resolving local administrative and operational issues.
- Conduct periodic visits to project sites to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for security planning and risk management.
- Advise management on legal, security, and compliance-related matters affecting project operations.
- Support VIP client visits, site inspections, and corporate events when required.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings with external stakeholders.
- Provide timely reports on field activities, local developments, and operational concerns.
Eligibility
- Retired Police Officer from State Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), or other recognized law enforcement agencies.
- Minimum 10 years of service in law enforcement.
- Good understanding of local administration, public relations, and regulatory processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in liaison, administration, security management, or real estate will be an added advantage.
