- Team Leadership & Management: Motivate, mentor, and monitor the performance of telesales executives to meet daily/monthly targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Implement, refine, and drive sales techniques and scripts to increase conversion rates.
- Operational Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new telesales reps.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews, quality assurance checks (calling standards), and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Relationship Management: Manage high-level client inquiries, resolve complex customer complaints, and maintain positive relationships.
