Enestock is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients across real estate, hospitality, corporate, industrial, and government sectors. The role involves outbound calling, client engagement, follow-ups, and demo scheduling for our drone, VR, and immersive technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
- Pitch Enestock services including:
- Drone Manufacturing & Drone Services
- 360° Virtual Tours
- VR Experiences
- Walkthroughs & Immersive Media Solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule demos, meetings, or site visits
- Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and lead updates in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the Sales Executive team for warm lead handovers
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking ability
- 1–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, technology, or service sales is a plus
- Candidates based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR or willing to commute preferred
