Center Incharge – Skill Development
Role Summary
The Center Incharge is responsible for overall management of the skill development center, ensuring smooth operations, quality training delivery, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily centre operations, infrastructure, and facilities
- Manage admissions, batch formation, attendance, and trainee records
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, audits, and documentation
- Supervise trainers, community officers, and support staff
- Monitor training quality, assessments, and certification processes
- Coordinate mobilization, counseling, and enrollment activities
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and asset registers
- Prepare and submit reports (MIS, attendance, progress) to assigned authority
- Act as point of contact for partners, employers, and government officials
- Support placement, alumni tracking, and post-training follow-up
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
