We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical positions. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing IT positions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
