We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage our clients online presence and drive engagement. If you love creating content, analyzing trends, and building online communities, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities and Duties-
· Advanced skills in a variety of social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
· Write and design highly encouraging social media posts.
· Develop relevant content calendars for clients’ social media and digital channels.
· Edit, proofread, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment.
· Recommend and optimize clients’ content calendars for the improvement of audience engagement and brand loyalty for clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams in the agency to manage social media channels for clients.
· Setup and optimise social media ads.
· Analyse the client requirements and need to create strategy and marketing plan.
· Set up and optimize verity of campaigns (Like Lead generation, website traffic, video ads, conversion ad).
Skills:-
· Proficient with Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
· An excellent command of copy writing and communication skills.
· Creative and results-driven.
· Past experience with online community management, copy writing, and/or blogging will be advantage.
· Knowledge in Canva /Photoshop/ Video editing is preferred.
· Knowledge in Meta ads manager.
· Should create custom audience for ads and define buyers persona.
Required Experience and Qualifications:-
· Bachelor's/Master's degree.
· 2+ years in social media management or related roles.
· Proven portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and community-building initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
