Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) who is passionate about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing premium residential interior projects.
This is not a team management role. We are looking for a self-driven sales professional who can independently generate business, manage the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, channel partners, architects, builders, and personal initiatives.
- Conduct follow-ups with walk-in, website, and marketing-generated leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong personal pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Meet prospective clients at the Experience Centre and project sites.
- Understand client lifestyle, design requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Present The Allure Studio's design process, manufacturing capabilities, and value proposition.
- Build trust through consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics.
- Guide clients throughout the decision-making process.
Sales Conversion
- Qualify leads effectively.
- Prepare project proposals and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the design team for presentations and revisions.
- Handle negotiations professionally while protecting company margins.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a seamless experience from first interaction to project handover.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships that lead to positive reviews and referrals.
Coordination
- Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and the Factory team.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
- Coordinate internally to meet project commitments.
CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with all lead interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Track follow-ups and conversion ratios.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Startup Responsibilities
As a startup, every team member contributes beyond their primary role. You may also:

- Build relationships with channel partners and architects.
- Suggest improvements to the sales process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in residential interiors, modular furniture, real estate, premium home products, or luxury retail.
- Experience handling high-value customer interactions is preferred.
