Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who can lead and grow the company’s sales operations in the pharmaceutical raw materials segment. This role requires strong ownership, leadership, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales and business development activities
- Generate new leads from pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, and distributors
- Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain relationships Identify new market opportunities and expand client base
- Develop and execute sales strategies and growth plans
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
