Job Purpose
To support HR and Administration functions while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and facility-related activities like canteen, transport, security and facility up-keep.
Assist in organizing employee communication and welfare initiatives.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in statutory compliance and labour law documentation.
Prepare required HR reports, MIS, and data analysis using MS Excel.
Support contract labour, trainees, and apprentice administration.
Support any other HR and administrative related tasks as assigned.
Experience Required
0 to 1 year
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and labour laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA - HR/ MPM/ PGDHR
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is INR ₹200,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
