Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Student Advisor to assist prospective students in choosing the right courses and guide them throughout the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to commit to the organization for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses based on their needs.
- Guide students through the admission, application, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms to support admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records, address queries professionally, and achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduates preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in student counselling, academic advising, education counselling, telesales, customer support, or a related field is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Candidates must be willing to commit to the role for at least one year.
