We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and outreach efforts. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and partnerships, where you will play a key role in improving visibility, building meaningful collaborations, and driving organic growth for Kapable.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth Orientation – Develop a strong understanding of Kapable’s marketing engine and contribute to strategizing how SEO, content, and collaborations can work together to drive consistent organic growth.
Backlinking & SEO Collaboration – Work closely with external partners to build high-quality backlinks and strengthen Kapable’s domain authority and search presence.
Keyword Research & Analysis – Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact search terms and align content with user intent and business goals.
Content Optimization – Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages, to improve search rankings and engagement.
On-Page SEO Implementation – Support the execution of on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking, to enhance website performance.
Search Visibility & Performance Tracking – Monitor SEO performance and contribute to improving rankings, traffic, and overall discoverability through structured efforts.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, and product) to align execution with broader business and growth objectives.
Requirements
We are not focused on rigid qualifications; what matters most is your ability to learn, execute, and communicate effectively. You should have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and drive outreach independently
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to understand tools, systems, and how different marketing channels work together

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO
- Ability to craft clear and compelling communication for outreach and collaborations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
